effectively, by traveling through time and changing history, the traveler has merely shifted his existence into our universe (where germany lost ww2). considering this, there would be no need for the younger version of the traveler in this universe to create a cartoon announcing intention to travel back in time to make Germany lose, since they’ve already lost. if any time traveler was successful at time traveling, we would never know it.

Unless, dSco, there is an objective reference observer who has access to various slices of the parallel universes. But that’s too deep and too speculative. This is only a humor piece in same category with the statement ” every morning there’s an 8 o’clock am”.
